YouTube channel health report

Paste a channel link and pick a period: the last 30 days, 90 days, year or the channel's whole life. You get a health score out of 100, what's working, what to fix first, the best and weakest videos, the best day to post, and a PDF report to download or share.

Public YouTube data only. Nothing you look up is stored

Made from public YouTube data only. Watch time, impressions, click-through rate, revenue and daily subscriber numbers are private to the channel's owner, so they aren't part of it.

How it works

The tool reads the channel and every video it uploaded in the period from the official YouTube Data API (for “lifetime”, the latest 300 uploads). It scores five things out of 100. Consistency is how often and how regularly it posts. Reach is how many of its subscribers a typical video reaches. Engagement is likes and comments per 100 views. Momentum compares newer uploads with older ones. SEO habits covers tags, titles, descriptions, chapters, hashtags, captions and channel keywords.

The health score is a weighted mix of the five, graded A to F. Below it you get what to fix first, the numbers for the period, views of each upload, the best weekday to post (in your time zone), the best and weakest videos, and a PDF with all of it.

Questions people ask

Why can't it show watch time, CTR or revenue?

YouTube only shows those to the channel's owner, after signing in to YouTube Studio. This report uses public data, so it works for any channel, including your competitors'.

How do the periods work?

The report looks at the videos the channel uploaded in that period and their views, likes and comments so far. A video from last week has had less time to get views than one from last year, which is why momentum leaves out videos younger than a week.

Is a low score bad?

It shows where the channel is weakest compared with healthy channels, not how good the videos are. Use the list of fixes: each one says what to change.
