YouTube channel comparison
Put two channels side by side for the last 30 days, 90 days, year or their whole life: health score, subscribers, typical views, reach, engagement and upload rate. See what the channel that's behind should do to catch up, and download it all as a PDF.
Public YouTube data only. Nothing you look up is stored
Made from public YouTube data only. Watch time, impressions, click-through rate, revenue and daily subscriber numbers are private to the channel's owner, so they aren't part of it.
How it works
The tool makes a health report for both channels over the same period (the last 30 days, 90 days, 12 months or lifetime) from the official YouTube Data API, and compares them row by row. The better number in each row is highlighted.
The channel with the lower health score gets a plan: for each area where the other channel does clearly better, it says what that channel does and what to change. You also see what the channel behind already does better, the tags both use, and the topics only one covers. Download it all as a PDF.
Questions people ask
How is the channel that's behind chosen?
By the health score, which weighs consistency, reach, engagement, momentum and SEO habits. A small channel can be ahead of a big one when it reaches and engages more of its audience.
What are the shared tags for?
They show the topics both channels go after. The tags only one channel uses are gaps: topics its audience might want from the other.
